Bikash Dangi PhD

Dr. Bikash Dangi is a method development scientist with expertise in bioanalysis, drug metabolism, and pharmacokinetics, supported by a strong background in LC-MS/MS–based analytical techniques. His work focuses on the development and validation of robust methods for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of small molecules in both pre-clinical and clinical settings.
He has extensive experience in cytochrome P450 induction and inhibition studies, as well as the bioanalysis of plasma samples for pharmacokinetic profiling of therapeutic compounds and natural products. Dr. Dangi is proficient in advanced analytical platforms, including Sciex, Thermo Fisher Vanquish-TSQ Quantis, and Shimadzu LC-MS/MS systems, along with industry-standard software such as Analyst, TraceFinder, and WinNonlin.
In addition to his analytical expertise, he is skilled in molecular and protein biology techniques, including DNA/RNA/protein isolation, qPCR, immunoprecipitation, Western blotting, and protein purification using chromatographic methods. His multidisciplinary approach enables the integration of analytical chemistry with molecular biology, contributing to translational research in drug development and biomedical sciences.

Udit Acharya PhD

Dr. Udit Acharya is a researcher specializing in polymer science and macromolecular engineering, with a strong academic foundation in physics and a Ph.D. in polymer/plastics engineering. His work is centered on the characterization and functional understanding of complex polymeric systems, contributing to advancements in modern materials science.
His research focuses on elucidating the structure–property relationships of macromolecules, utilizing advanced analytical and imaging techniques to explore materials at micro- and nanoscale levels. Dr. Acharya has developed significant expertise in Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), enabling detailed investigation of polymer morphology, surface properties, and molecular interactions.
With a strong emphasis on translating theoretical insights into practical applications, his work supports innovation in areas such as functional materials, nanotechnology, and emerging biomaterials. His interdisciplinary approach integrates principles from physics and engineering to address complex challenges in material design and performance.
Dr. Acharya has contributed to peer-reviewed scientific literature and international conferences, reflecting his active engagement with the global research community. His work continues to advance the field of macromolecular science through innovative research and applied material solutions.

Sandeep Thapa

Sandeep Thapa is a researcher specializing in biochemistry, genetics, and microbiology, with an academic background in biochemistry from Bangalore University. His work is centered on advancing understanding in molecular biology and life sciences through interdisciplinary research and scientific collaboration.
His research focuses on areas including microbiology, genetics, and neuroscience, with an emphasis on applying scientific approaches to explore complex biological systems and emerging health challenges. He has been involved in a range of research projects, contributing to peer-reviewed publications and presentations at international conferences.
Sandeep has received research grants and travel awards supporting his participation in global scientific forums, reflecting his engagement with the broader research community. In addition to his research activities, he has contributed to academic and scientific initiatives, including teaching and the organization of workshops and scientific events.

Dilip Bhattarai

Mr. Dilip Bhattarai is a seasoned biotechnology academic and leader with extensive experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. He provides strategic leadership in curriculum development, faculty mentoring, and fostering industry–academia collaboration.
His expertise encompasses key areas of biotechnology, including molecular biology, genetic engineering, industrial biotechnology, and bioinstrumentation. He has played a vital role in promoting research-driven education and mentoring students toward innovation and scientific excellence.
Mr. Bhattarai has contributed to several peer-reviewed publications and has led and collaborated on research projects in biotechnology and nanotechnology, particularly in antimicrobial applications and sustainable solutions.

Ashish Sharma

Anit Lamichhane PhD

Govardhan Joshi

He has extensive expertise in clinical microbiology, biochemical analysis, and quality laboratory practices, contributing significantly to accurate disease diagnosis and patient care.
Mr. Joshi has been actively involved in diagnostic research and laboratory management, with a strong focus on improving testing standards and implementing reliable, evidence-based methodologies. His work spans a wide range of diagnostic techniques, supporting both routine and advanced laboratory services.
He has been awarded several research grants in recognition of his contributions to scientific research and innovation. As a key member of the team, Mr. Joshi brings practical insight, technical excellence, and a commitment to advancing laboratory diagnostics in resource-limited settings

Sagar Thapa

His primary research interests lie in plant pathology and related interdisciplinary areas, with a focus on understanding plant–pathogen interactions and their implications for sustainable agriculture.
He is actively engaged in academic activities and contributes to the advancement of biotechnology education through teaching and mentorship. In addition to his academic roles, he is associated with several professional societies and scientific associations, reflecting his dedication to continuous professional development and collaborative research.

Dr. Prabesh Pokhrel

Dr. Prabesh Pokhrel is a dedicated medical doctor with a strong commitment to patient care, clinical excellence, and continuous professional development. He completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Gandaki Medical College, Nepal, where he developed a solid foundation in clinical medicine and patient-centered care.
Currently, Dr. Pokhrel is working in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at a tertiary care center in Nepal, where he manages critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and life-support interventions. His clinical experience includes the management of complex conditions such as multi-organ failure, severe infections, acute respiratory distress, and poisoning cases—challenges commonly encountered in critical care settings.
With hands-on experience in both emergency and intensive care medicine, Dr. Pokhrel has developed strong skills in rapid clinical assessment, decision-making under pressure, and effective multidisciplinary collaboration. He has a particular interest in acute care medicine, toxicology, and critical care management.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Pokhrel is actively involved with Health Foundation Nepal and the National Institute of Mental Health. Through these roles, he contributes to the care of patients with severe mental illness and participates in initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness within the community.
Driven by a passion for improving patient outcomes and expanding his clinical expertise, Dr. Pokhrel continues to pursue opportunities for professional growth and advancement in the field of medicine.

Sabi Pokhrel PhD

Dr. Sabi Pokhrel is a microbiologist, researcher, and educator specializing in medical and molecular microbiology, biotechnology, and health research. He currently serves as a Lecturer in B.Tech (Biotechnology) at Himalayan White House International College, Kathmandu. He holds a Ph.D. from Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand, along with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from Tribhuvan University, and a Bachelor’s in Education.
Dr. Pokhrel has extensive experience across academic and research institutions. His roles include Head of the Department of Science at Millsberry School (Cambridge A-Level), Research Microbiologist at the Global Health Research and Medical Interventions Institute, and Research Officer at the Centre for Health and Disease Studies. He has also served as a lecturer in multiple colleges and worked as a microbiologist and research assistant at Siddhi Memorial Hospital.
His expertise includes microbiology, immunology, communicable and non-communicable diseases, and applied health research. He has published in international journals such as BMC Pediatrics and Journal of Fungi. Recognized for academic excellence, he was awarded “Student of the Year” during his Master’s studies and remains committed to research-driven teaching and scientific advancement.

Santosh Khanal

Santosh Khanal is a molecular biologist and medical laboratory technologist with over a decade of experience in clinical diagnostics and genomic research. His work centers on molecular diagnostics, human genetics, and next-generation sequencing (NGS), with extensive experience in whole genome and exome sequencing, assay development, and genomic data interpretation.
He has contributed to multiple peer-reviewed publications in human genetics, infectious diseases, and clinical research, and is a co-author of the book Practical Manual of Medical Laboratory Technology (2025). His expertise spans genomic technologies, bioinformatics analysis, and clinical laboratory systems, with research interests in rare diseases, prenatal and reproductive genetics, oncology genomics, and microbial genomics.
He is actively engaged in scientific training, mentorship, and capacity building, supporting the development of robust laboratory and genomics workflows and advancing the application of precision medicine.
